    Warners Music (Korea) announces the release of a new album featuring conductor Sharon Andrea Choa, violinist Gian Paolo Peloso and the London Symphony featuring Dvorak Symphony 8 and three French violin masterpieces: Saint-Saens Havanaise, Introduction and Rondo Capriccioso. and Chausson's Poeme.  Recorded in London's Henry Wood Hall with Producer Michael Fine, Balance Engineer Jin Choi, and recording engineer Jon Stokes, it was the last session on which my late wife and partner Tamra Saylor Fine worked.

    Warners Classics announces the November 7 release of Gaia, an extraordinary and unique recording featuring 17 new works by 16 composers, ranging the gamut of classical to pop music and everything in between all connected by the artistry of Gautier Capuçon.  Joining him are pianists Jérôme Ducros, and Frank Braley as well as some of the composers and the Capucelli.  Recorded over two periods at the beautiful Alpine resort of Schloss Elmau, produced by Michael Fine with engineer Jin Choi, this will surely be one of the most celebrated releases for 2025.  As a preview, Warners has released Einaudi's Air featuring a duet with Gauter and himself on all the streaming platforms.

    Michael traveled to St Paul, Minnesota to record the superb St Paul Chamber Orchestra in arrangements

    Michael traveled to St Paul, Minnesota to record the superb St Paul Chamber Orchestra in arrangements of Prokofiev's Violin Sonata nr 1 and Piano Sonata nr 7 by Stephen Prutsman as well as Zoltan Almashi's Mariupol for String Orchestra. Steven Copes was the soloist in the Sonata and led the two Prokofiev works.  The Almashi was led by Kyu-Young Kim.  Engineering was Cameron Wiley; assisting in the booth were Jonathan Posthuma and Marge Chandler.  The recording will be released by Phenotypic Recordings.

    Maestro Gian Paolo Peloso led the London Symphony Orchestra in a recording of two renowned overtures: Beethoven's Egmont and Mozart's Don Giovanni.  These will be included on the album with Beethoven's Piano Concerto nr 4 (with Chris Au) and Gian Paolo's play-conduct of the Mozart Violin Concerto nr 5.
